Return Policy Details
Items must be in new condition to be eligible for a return.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery of your order.
Returns on Orders with a Promotion or Coupon Code
For orders that were discounted from a promotion or coupon code that required a minimum order value, the discount will be voided if you return any item(s) causing your order to go beneath the required order value.
Returns for Orders with Upgraded Shipping Services
Upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable (Next Day, Expedited, Xpresspost, Priority, DHL, etc). Exchanges will be shipped via our standard shipping method unless the customer pays the upgraded shipping cost again for their exchange shipment.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their item(s) from their location to DASSARI unless DASSARI has made a mistake with their order.
